Star Storage Terms:

Payment:

First and last month’s rent due on move-in

Late Payments:

A late fee of $50.00 will be charged for payments received after the due date.

Use of Space:

The Tenant agrees to use the storage space only for the storage of personal or business property and not for any illegal or hazardous purposes.

Liability and Insurance:

The Landlord is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the Tenant’s stored items. The Tenant is encouraged to obtain insurance for their stored belongings.
